Company Profile
Barron’s Environmental Solutions – In Time!, Inc. was founded in February 1998. We provide a wide range of environmental services to multiple clients: management of all or part of a company’s environmental affairs; ASTM Phase I and II site assessments; hazardous and priority air emissions’ inventories; Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans; Storm Water Pollution Prevention (SWPP) Plans for NPDES construction permitting; environmental and safety compliance audits; NEPA documents; OSHA Hazard Communication programs; employee training; documents preparation for permitting; inspections, record keeping, regulations analyzes and tracking, regulatory reporting, interface with regulatory authorities.

Mary F. Barron, President, has a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Arizona State University. She has over 20 years’ regulatory affairs, environmental and safety “hands‑on” management in petrochemical and agricultural industries. Her background was in chemical process design and field operations support before moving into environmental affairs. She is proficient in both environmental field operations and administrative functions. She has a broad working knowledge of federal laws and implementing regulations, including: CAA, CWA, RCRA, SARA, EPCRA, ECRA, OSHA, TSCA, NPDES, NSPS, NESHAP and of state laws: CA, TX, LA, NJ, AZ, NM, MS, AL. She has an ace track record in negotiating, providing liaison, and building good relations with governmental regulatory agencies and the public.
Mary Barron’s educational background includes:
